Post 32: Reflection
Gosh, I can't believe that this trip is over already. What a trip and experience of a lifetime. I was talking with a few friends on our last night about this, and we agreed that it felt like the past month was actually a few months or even a year. We experienced so much every day that each day felt way longer than just one day, and we learned so much. I am so glad I have this blog to look back on to remember everything. But there are definitely moments that I experienced that I will never forget. How close was your experience in Brazil to what you had expected before going on the trip? It was the same in many ways to what I had expected, but also very different. It was mostly just ever than what I expected overall. I expected that the culture would be very different, and I was right. I didn't realize just how nice everyone would be. Everyone in Brazil was super friendly and welcoming and present.
